Please read the following information and understand when you visit or shop at the site you accept the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to make changes to the site at any time. When you visit or shop at the site you are accepting and agree to abide by the agreement that is in effect at the time of your visit or purchase. (If you do not agree to these terms please immediately log off this web site.)
Note: This site is intended for use by adults over age 18 or of the legal age of majority in your location. If you are underage you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Poppin’ Z’s Gourmet Popcorn controls and operates the site from our headquarters in Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States of America, and makes no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you are using the site from another location, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Product policy
Quality Guarantee
Poppin’ Z’s Gourmet Popcorn makes all our popcorn in individual batches at the time your order is placed. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure quality and freshness. We take pride in preparing our delicious gourmet popcorn, packaging it very carefully and shipping promptly. We are completely confident our popcorn products will meet your satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your order please promptly contact us for a replacement or to credit your account.
Popcorn is best stored in an air tight container away from heat and humidity. Enjoy our gourmet popcorn within thirty days of purchase for best results. We will not replace or refund any purchase after thirty days from purchase.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, we may need to substitute another item of equal or greater value to assure your items arrive on time. We may need to substitute a product with chocolate during the warm summer months.
Returns
Returns may be authorized with prior notification from the buyer (you) and approved from Poppin' Z's Gourmet Popcorn. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. There will be a 30% restocking fee applied to the refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be applied to your credit card once the items have been returned to us in good condition. The buyer (you) will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Production Time
Our popcorn is made fresh to order so generally it will take 2-3 days for production. However the size of the order and during the busy holiday season production will take longer. Please let us know your due date for the order and we ship as closely to that date as possible so your order arrives containing fresh popcorn.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders by UPS or USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.
Orders are sent UPS Ground unless you have requested a faster shipping method. UPS Ground shipments cannot be guaranteed. If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date (weekdays only) please select 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping.
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not deliver on the weekend.
You will receive an email with the tracking information and estimated delivery dates for your order when the order is shipped. Remember that extreme weather conditions or other unusual events beyond our control may affect your delivery date.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent 2nd Day Air. Please allow additional 2-3 business days and additional shipping fees apply.
For orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses additional shipping charges may apply. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. UPS transfers packages to USPS Sure Post to deliver to APO/FPO destinations. The package can’t be tracked beyond this transfer point.
We currently do not ship International orders.
We ship orders without requiring a signature for delivery; if no one is available to sign, UPS will leave your order at the door. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. You might consider shipping to a work address if nobody is home during the day. Poppin’ Z’s Gourmet Popcorn cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the recipient is not available to receive the order.
We ship our popcorn orders from Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your request to be processed.

After a transaction your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials etc) will not be stored on our servers.

Yes, we do use cookies.
