Can I return my popcorn?

  • Returns - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase just ship the remaining popcorn back to us and we will gladly exchange your popcorn or refund the popcorn cost. If something happened during shipping please contact us immediately upon arrival at amy@poppinzsgourmetpopcorn.com

When will my order ship?

  • We make our popcorn to order and ship as quickly as possible to retain freshness. It generally takes us a couple of days to make and ship depending on the size of the order. However, if you have a due date in mind just let us know and we will make & ship your popcorn as close to the due date as possible. During the busy holiday season it may take a week or more so plan ahead with your holiday shopping. Large orders, any customization or some gift tins will require additional lead time. Please contact us with any questions.

Is your popcorn gluten free?

  • All popcorn is naturally gluten free as it is not a wheat, rye or barley product. We strive to use gluten free ingredients in our popcorn but some of our customers may be more sensitive to these ingredients than others. If you have any questions regarding our ingredients please don't hesitate to ask.

Where can I find the nutrition information or ingredients?

  • All of this information is listed on every package but we will gladly provide it to you if need be.
